“Room very hot. Place amazing”

“We book an ALL INCLUSIVE stay. At property we found out that it just including 3 meals at the buffet. The resturants, bar, room service was not included. This is defentely not an all exlusive hospitality. Vey disappointing ”

“Ok let’s start by stating the location is beautiful, the golf courses are superb, and the hotel grounds are lovely. The hotel seems very tired. Now this is my fault for kit checking but I guess when I’m paying £240 a night I didn’t really consider a hotel If this supposed stature did not have air con in the rooms, we’ll talk about uncomfortable, lack of sleep and irritated with my silly decision to stay there, I was amazed when I asked at reception to the response. “Everyone from the people working the front desk to the people working in the cafeteria as well as the cleaning staff were all very nice. Both pools were big and had plenty of seating areas outside. Even though most of the items for breakfast were pretty much the same everyday, they had a lot of different items to choose from. They would also prepare omelets as well as fried eggs. As for dinner, they have a very nice buffet with many options to choose from and these selections would change……
