「The Ashling was a wonderful hotel, convenient to public transportation, the tram, bus and train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was well worth having with a variety of food and service.」

「Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo 3 notti (dal 1 al 3 novembre). Per un mio errore credevamo di aver prenotato anche la quarta notte. Quindi consapevoli di ciò nn abbiamo effettuato il check-out il giorno e l’orario previsto, o meglio abbiamo effettuato il check-out 4 ore dopo. Tutto ciò sottolineo fatto in buonafede . L’albergo per questa nostra svista ha pensato bene di trattenere 50€ di caparra versata al check-in senza aver in nessun modo cercato di contattarci ne telefonicamente ne via...

「Nice location and good room condition. 」

「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. 「We had a great stay at The Morgan! Upon our arrival we were met by the friendliest concierge. Jack made it his personal mission to make sure we were acclimated to the hotel and surroundings. He was so helpful and went out of his way to answer our questions. His customer service was above and beyond to the point that we truly felt like we were staying with friends. We had a wonderful stay and would welcome the opportunity to stay again and again! 」
