"The hotel is located conveniently to many attractions, and the tube. The service was great, as was the size of the rooms (larger than other European hotel rooms). The only down side is that the property is a bit older (especially the bathrooms) and could use some renovations, but that did not stop us from enjoying the property! "

We love walking around while exploring new cities and this hotel gave us the ability to do that. We felt safe to see the city on foot; walking to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and more. Staff was excellent. Complimentary coffee (with a to-go option) in the Club Lounge every day.
