「The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc.」

「This is such a cool and unique experience! Lots of history and the grounds are gorgeous! Air conditioning was powerful on those hot summer nights! However, the floor above us is private living quarters and the person was making noise until 2:00am. Bring headphones and a noise machine!」

「The room seemed clean enough and was adequate for one male guest (me). My wife and kids wouldn't like it here. The outside areas need attention. There were tall weeds along the walkways. I don't think it would take much to cut those down.」
