"The house was better than pictures. I have rented 35 plus VRBO properties. This was the best equipped property I have been in, also very clean. Had a couple small issues , gas grill empty but was resolved in 24 hours. Highly recommend this property"

"My family of 4 stayed in this lovely home and had an awesome short but eventful spring break trip in Jacksonville. The location of the home was not too far from the beach and not to far from shopping! We loved competing in the Jacksonville-opoly game and the kids loved playing the foosball game in the home. It was a very quiet and friendly neighborhood and we felt very safe. I would recommend this home!"

"What an amazing rental! Best we have stayed in thus far. Clean, well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing, couldn’t keep kids out of it-largest we have seen. If you want a comfortable and safe stay, this rental is great. We visited Jeremiah’s ice almost every night. Beaches easy to get to with ~40 min drive. Thanks again for the wonderful stay."

"We took our 4 teens to Jax Beach for spring and while it was cooler weather, we still had a great time. One downside was the pool was not clean for use. House was renovated and very nice and fit us perfectly. If you plan to cook, bring what you need."

"The kids loved the pool. It was cold but we bought them wet suits and they worked perfectly fine. Another big hit was the theater room. Movie or a kids show every night before bed. The house was great for our 3 generation family get away."

"The location is perfect to access all areas in & around Jacksonville as well as St Augustine. We were all over the place with no problem. Publix across the highway. The unit was very clean, spacious & comfy bed. Hubs enjoyed a Klondike bar, thank you! Extremely quiet with nice blackout blinds for those needing rest. We will go back & highly recommend."
