"We loved our stay at Byron‘s place. It’s right around the corner from a coffee shop and a couple of really good breakfast places. It’s an easy walk to Journal Square to take the path to New York City. Byron gave clear directions on how to enter the property, and the place was spotless and clutter free. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. "We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken."

So if you are disabled in any way tjis property is not for you. There are a small flight of stairs to access the apartment and another flight to get in the apartment. "The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River....

"Unit was nice and fit 3 people well. Had everything we needed and property manager response times were great. Location was great. I was able to do laundry the day before i left so no repacking dirty clothes. You can hear the people in main home upstairs moving around so as long as you don't expect dead silence you will be completely fine. Thank you so much for renting your place it was amazing!"

"Unit is on 2nd floor of a 4 story building. Although the unit was very clean the living room and dining area furniture was sparse and dated. There were a couple of lights that didn’t work. The “common area” entrance and stairway to the VRBO is very unappealing and in desperate need of new paint and some TLC. If you desire to be in the heart of Hoboken this is a good location. Great access to transportation and dining options."

"Overall had a nice stay at this apartment. Here are a few inaccuracies, though, that made a difference for my family: the listing says first floor but this is on the 3rd floor, there was no coffee maker, and there was no twin futon (only two loveseat couches). Also, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 guests for 3 nights. Otherwise the apartment was clean and spacious and had most other amenities you would need! Neighborhood was great and there was lots of parking available."

"Offering a fantastic view of the New York skyline from New Jersey, the easy bus links allowed us to see the city, augmented with the occasional Lyft and Uber. The communication with the host was great, and he was very flexible with arrangements. The stairs only access to the property was not ideal but really not a great problem, seeing how New York involves a lot of walking anyway. In the area, id really recommend a trip to the massive American Dream Mall which has a built in theme park and...

"Overall we had a good experience with our stay. The house was clean and well furnished. The owner was very friends and was quick to offer help and dinner suggestions(Brooklyn Pizza was great by the way). I do have a few small gripes. Would have liked to have more towels/wash cloths and a baking sheet or 2 so the over could be used. Also would have like to be able to control the thermostat. Overall a great experience and would stay again if I were in the area."

"The staff was great. Room thermostats worked well. Great views. But the room was incompletely furnished. Bedroom had no nightstands and no reading lighting. TV connection to streaming channel selection was screwy. Passwords were rejected despite being correctly entered - twice (proof is that same pw worked on personal computer). No garbage cans in room at all. Some chain pulled blinds broken. Why locate microwave oven in compartment near floor?"
