"Super cool to be right above the Pudding Creek estuary, saw a bunch of deer, heron, and a fawn! My

loved it and enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the activity on the estuary. A lot of other reviewers complained about the road noise but I didn't find that to be a problem.
