“This place is a real find... It's right on the water with fantastic views of Noyo Harbor and the fishing boats coming and going. The overall property looks worn as is familiar of the harshness of the sea. However the room was excellent value. Clean, well maintained simple room. “What a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here.”
