“Where to start on the Quality Inn I-10 East. We extended our amazing holiday so we could enjoy New Orleans.
So we booked 4 nights, based on photos, price, breakfast and locality. Touring the room we noticed the enamel in the bathtub was chipped and bubbled my partner then pointed out a black pubic hair on the tiles, I then saw 3 more in and around the bath.
Retiring to bed after cleaning the bathroom I heard several gunshots in the surrounding area. This put us on edge for sometime.

“The king-sized bed was very short. I'm six feet tall and my feet hung over the end.
Each room has one small window. No view to speak of.
The first room we checked into had no phone. We moved to another room; it had a phone that didn't work.
The bottom of the bathtub wasn't quite level. When showering, I felt like I was about to fall.
The elevator was non-functional one morning; no out of order sign.

“I stayed in room 208 the tub stopper didnt work so the water didnt drain out the tub while I took a shower, the bathroom sink didnt have hot water. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good. I've stayed here alot and it was always excellent I have no complaints just hope the fix the problems for the next guest.”
