"The property was in the pitch perfect location on Wacker right next to Michigan Avenue. Everything you need is within walking distance including the fantastic Riverwalk. Cleanliness was fine save for stains on the mattress but otherwise it was crisp and clean. Staff were so kind and patient, helpful and inviting. They’re the best hotel staff I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t recommend enough this place!"
