「It was claimed to have been renovated. Shelves are hanging on the wall by a thread. The paint is peeling and fixtures painted over. I cld have done a far better job. It's obvious that the ceiling is leaking because of the peeling plaster and/or brown rings. The walls are dirty and areas still need painting.
