"The hotel is clean, convenient and room is spacious. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Have free water, coffee and tea in the lobby. New regulations would not allow the hotel to provide tooth brush and toothpaste, so travelers should prepare. Otherwise very comfortable stay overall. Would stay there again. "

"I had a great stay at Caesar Metro Taipei Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which was a nice way to start the day. It is a little pricey, but they do provide a discount for hotel guests, which helps. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would gladly stay here again."

"Great location when visiting Banqiao district near Taipei. Right next to subway, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. A bit older hotel that the water in shower will take a few mins to warm up, but with all what you needed and great staff. The breakfast is also amazing. "

"I liked their breakfast ,they did change menu a bit daily, the room is small but clean , the staff is super nice, and the laundry is free to use , the location is super convenient ,I can take metro from international airport to here, only need to transit to Blue line, walk 3 minutes from metro exit no 2. very safe to walk there ,I walked to the hotel at 10pm. "

"I stayed at Cham Cham for 8 nights. The hotel is very new and clean. I stayed in explore twin room by myself. It is big enough. It is a bit far from Taipei, so if you need naps or rest in mid day while visit Taipei, Cham Cham location is not ideal for that. The review for the staff is mixed. The cleaning crew was very thorough and friendly. However, the front desk staff was not very friendly. They were not mean, but didn't really care for saying Hi to the guests. They didn’t smile at all nor care for any questions I had for them. As a traveler, naturally I have some questions, they were not helpful and not friendly. No smile at all. They all seemed like college-aged students who treated this job like another part-time job versus a job in the hospitality service business. This is very different from other hotels I stayed in in Taiwan."

"Place was great. Just could not find laundry room. Besides that everything was great and I would highly recommend this place. Lunch at restaurant was delicious and beautifully plated. Front desk helped us with any questions. Loved the fact that I could exchange money at front desk too. "
