"Great service. Guy at front desk was extremely friendly and got us checked in three hours early and gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The room was amazing. It was a corner room with floor to ceiling windows. Great view. The bed was comfortable and the shower is huge with great water pressure. The bathroom is small but fine for our needs. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit. And the area seemed safe and clean. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Chicago. "

"Absolutely loved our one night stay here! The building is beautiful, the room was so clean and modern, the view of the river was spectacular and the check in/out process was as easy and fast as can be! Super close to all restaurants, bars, and stores. Definitely will be staying here again!"

"The Ambassador is one of my favorite places to stay while visiting Chicago. Though, born and raised from Chicago, the ambassador is placed in the rich and lush area in the Gold coast neighborhood in Chicago. There's plenty to do and various lovely restaurants, luxury clothing shops, beautiful architecture and transportation nearby. The hotel itself is legendary for having renowned guests in its history. Its comfortable, lively, accessible, and staff is really keen to help and serve numerous guests whom stay. I highly recommend for people to book and stay. Plan to comeback and stay again :)"
