“Loved our hotel stay. The food at the restaurant was lovely. Having electric car chargers at the property were brilliant. All went smoothly and would definitely stay again. ”

“We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in……

“The evening receptionist was exceptional and so helpful, very polite and informative. The hotel is less than a 20 minute walk from the station so easy to get to. The hot tub and swimmjng pool was great. The fault I found is the rooms being a little cold ”

“What a wonderful stay. When I first arrived, my initial room had a nasty smell, but the lovely team quickly moved me to an exceptional suite which quite frankly made my week. We had dinner at the hotel as well, and the food was wonderful, as was the service. Highly recommend a walk around the stunning gardens. They are very well kept and make for a lovely morning activity. Thank you very much to the team for making my stay such a pleasant one :) ”
