“everything was nice. staff is nice and friendly. food is delicious. but the sofas is kind of nasty”

“Read all the reviews. Don’t book here expecting a resort experience. We booked a single night last minute bc it was near the airport. The room was renovated and clean, but the entire hotel was empty and strange, and the bars & pools were vacant. Only one bar near the lobby and the others were shuttered. Maybe 8 other guests on the property. There’s a bit of a sand beach on the lagoon - it’s not the ocean beach you might be expecting. It’s fine for a single night but not a vacation spot. ”

“I absolutely loved our room! We had an amazing view into the beach, the room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. The food was great my favorite was the sushi place, the staff were great! I had a wonderful time I would definitely go back. ”

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“They only have sheets in the bed and are not very clean sheets. One towel per person. No phone in yhe room. The only thing worth it, is the food and drinks, both were excellent. Micaela in reception was great. Also the personnel in yhe restaurants. Its definitely a 2 starts hotel. ”

“We stayed for 10 nights and found it hard to get maids to clean our rooms unless we requested they do so by going to the the check in area located in the main lobby. I dont know if they were short staffed or what but they wouldnt stop and clean our rooms unless we made a big fuss about it. The unlimited alcohol was great but a couple of the bartenders would say they were out of certain drinks when in reality they weren't. They just didnt want to go the extra mile to clean their equipment several……
