「Overall we had a wondeful stay at Dover House, unfortunately the bedroom didnt have air conditioning like the rest of the apartment. It was great to have a fully self catering kitchen. Also very convenient that we could leave unclean linen and towels oitside the door which were picked up and replaced with clean laundry very quickly. The office was extremely helpful for anything we needed. Also being so close to the beach was an extra perk! Thank you! 」

「This was the perfect property for our family. The owner was always quick to respond with questions. The outside space was great to have with a screen in porch in case the bugs came out. The only downfall for the outside space was it was quite close to the two other units when you are all outside. Inside gave us all the room we needed for 6 people. 「The property is in an amazing location across the street from the beach and also walking distance to all the shopping/restaurants on Atlantic Ave. It is impeccably maintained and very clean. There is phone number you can text for anything you need (extra towels, etc) and the staff is very responsive. The AC is amazingly cold and effective (necessary in FL in July). The bed is a little hard, but overall I thought it was an excellent place for the price and would stay there again.」

The building is quiet and other guests were all kind and respectful. Easy access to all floors by elevator or stairs.The pool was amazing!
