"Great experience !"

"The room smelled like it had been smoked in for 20years, the bathroom wasn't great and had some mold presence. The room felt really outdated in general compared to the hotel which looks great when you first come in ! Breakfast was good, and staff really nice. Great location next to the nightlife and the temple is within walking distance !"

"Very nice onsen and comfortable bed. Little bit old hotel and age shows."

"The property was gorgeous and the amount of bath options was amazing, many complimentary amenities included, and the spa was perfect as well."

"Decor is dated. Worn out furniture. The room is pretty dimmed, not enough lighting. Food is excellent. Friendly staff."

"とても思い出に残る家族旅行になりました。昔、子供の頃に行った様な旅館で、親子共々楽しかったです。 温泉もすごく良く、３回も入らせていただきました。"

"露天風呂が複数あって良いです。循環と掛け流しの二通りあるので、掛け流しがどのように良いか体感できます。 食事も味つけが良くて美味しかった。 揚げたての天ぷらが美味しい。 カラオケも卓球も有料で、やや高めの値段設定なので、利用しませんでした。この点は残念です。"

"Lovely property, secluded but good shuttle options to ski field (less than 5 mins) and twice daily to Karuizawa. Staff were friendly - used Google translate as there were not many western travellers. Amazing Onsens - all gender seperate apart from private but open 24 hours. Food was great - and a shop for snacks, souvenirs and drinks. Great for winding down and experiencing the snow and small field close by."

"The hotel location is very quiet, providing enough parking, very convenient, the hotel has indoor and outdoor hot springs, very comfortable, the hotel breakfast is very good, dinner is also very luxurious, be sure to enjoy, the hotel is clean, the air conditioner is sufficient, the waiter attitude is kind and kind, Will come again"
