「Property owner was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. Location was ideal for convention center but you definitely need to leave time to deal with traffic. We stayed for volleyball tournament and had a lot of early morning games. 」

「To begin with, I couldn't get in the gate of the property because the I.D scanner wasn't working properly. The employee at the gate didn't speak English, I had to speak into his phone for interpretation, so unprofessional. Once I got into the gate and on the property there were a lot of construction on the building (I was told that the building was under construction but didn't know it was that much). I got into the room and there were no fresh towels it looked like they were used several times...

「Mickie was such a pleasure as a host. You need something, you got it.. no wait time. Comfy cozy place to unwind and breathe. Close to Bok tower which is why we went. Sleepy town which was a pleasure. Beautiful lake and walking path and gorgeous sunsets. Can't wait to go back once pool area is done! Definitely a room worth a beautiful view」

「Upon arriving on the property the following issues were observed:1. Guest bathroom toilet required plunging (initially did not flush)2. Master bathroom right sink was slow draining due to clogging3. Master bedroom vanity light bulb missing (one bulb)4. Dirty dishes (plates, utensils and pans). Spent 30 min. cleaning before we could cook.5. All A/C vents were closed and had to be opened.Based on the above it was clear the property was not properly prepped for our arrival.」

「Everything was good except we needed more tissue and paper towels. Also we had to wash dishes. The “clean” dishes were visibly dirty. 」
