"The hotel has a lot of potential. It has a lot of character and the location is right on the water. It has a beautiful view of the harbor. I enjoyed sitting out at the fire pit. I wish I had known the hotel was undergoing renovations ahead of time. The restaurant had limited selections. Beverages and snacks were scarce in the makeshift gift shop as well. There was a Keurig in the room, but I had to purchase bottled water from the gift shop to use it. I was able to make do, but if I had been traveling with my family, I would’ve driven across the harbor and gone to a restaurant or grocery store. "

"It is clean, parking is expensive, the AC fan is a little loud but acceptable. It is also strange that they use bar soap in the bathroom. It is a wasteful practice. They also always give a bag of water and snacks also wasteful the bags get thrown away and it would be a smarter option to have a filtered water dispenser in the lobby or on every floor to reduce plastic waste. "If you have a electric car be aware of the $16 per hour charge for a slow charger. In order to use the charger you also on top of that, the car needs to be valet parked. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were nice, but for hotel patrons I think this policy should be a little different. I dont mind valet but i have had some expensive experiences with elecrric car valet. This is a great location."
