“The pool was not open and specifically asked the lady at the front desk if it was heated since it was outside. She informed me yes it was a heated pool but didn't inform me it was closed when I asked. My daughter was all excited got ready we went to the pool to find out it was closed. The front desk attendant gave us zero information.”

“The host, Sarah, was wonderful about responding to my concerns. The driveway needed plowing and she sent her plow guy right away. The size of the place and location was perfect for our extended family. We were two grandparents and three daughters with their husbands and the grandchildren.
