「Perfect location close enough to everything where you can walk to. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave us recommendations for lunch and were always helpful. The rooms are clean as well as the property. We didn't get to dine for breakfast but did stop by the Burgundy Bar. My main complaint is the noise. 「This hotel is unique since it's a historic restored property with antique pieces on display throughout the hotel and in the rooms. They have 2 beautiful swimming pools and nice gardens. The amenities are helpful with drinking water, coffee and tea. The location is very convenient as it is within the French Quarters and is in walkable distance to most attractions.」

「We were treated poorly by the staff during check-in and at the coffee counter. The credit we had on our account was not applied. We received a parking violation from the parking lot for late registration even though we verified parking with the hotel and were not told anything about timing. Homeless people were sleeping on the lobby couches, causing both sanitary and safety concerns. The lighting in the rooms is horrible, and the bedding could be updated (i.e., mattresses & pillows).
