"We had a pretty good stay during the first weekend of Jazzfest. The included breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety and staff that keeps it well stocked. Our spacious room was cleaned and restocked daily. Room had fridge, microwave, and high def TV. There was always hot water in the shower. The lobby area is nicely decorated and welcoming. "I had to wait 15 minutes for change of shift at 3pm to check in. Shouldnt that not coincide with check in time? The ladies at the desk were very nice and friendly. There was a lit of construction going on around the place, but it was not noisy or an inconvenience. It looks like ownership is trying to rejuvenate a once mediocre hotel.
