“The location is convenient and the room is comfortable. By comparing with our last experience, the ventilation system in the bath room has been improved. Suggested to use hand wash rather than soap which will be more appropriate to meet recycling purposes.”

“2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. ”

“Definitely recommend staying at this place, the staff and the owner is really friendly and helpful. The roooms are modern and clean. The cafeteria is also amazing. Its located in a place easy to walk and get to. Also, there is a park close by within a walkable distance if you want to get some fresh air. Will stay again in my next visit. ”
