"This hotel was in a great location, directly across from the City Market. It was quiet, easy to walk to all tourist areas and the staff was very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the snacks and water in the room. The restaurant on property was excellent. We will stay here again when we're back in town. Regarding parking, don't be tempted to park across the street in the public parking...it is not overnight parking and you'll get a fine."

"The property is a little bit up from the historic district, but there is a free shuttle Charleston provides that is great and easy to use. It is far enough from the historic district to relax and be out of the tourist traffic. Easy to drive to. There is a great restaurant named Coastal that is in the business alley right next door. Perfect hotel for those with small children and a great breakfast area. Free coffee all day and they even include multiple flavors and decafe. Highly recommend....
