“Had an issue w/ washing machine, advised they’d resolve, delayed their help then apologized they had forgotten about me after 40+ minutes of my original request. Requested extra towels for room and had to ask twice. Tv in room was stationary at 3’ - 4’ off the floor and only viewable from left side of bed. Woman at desk who took our added towel request blamed the non-delivery on other staff vs taking responsibility for her lack of follow up. Will advise friends planning to make a similar trip……

“In general, it is good enough for travellers. City view with nearby restaurants. Saw a few young staff while checking in. Look like a family-run business. The room is large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is a set rather than a buffet. ”
