“Mi experiencia no fue buena. Durante toda mi estadía nunca tuve agua caliente, a pesar de que esperaba contar con este servicio. Es algo básico, especialmente para una estadía de varios días, y considero que deberían solucionar este inconveniente para futuros huéspedes.”

“Hermoso todo, instalaciones, habitaciones, vistas al mar y nos subieron a la suite deluxe sin coste alguno, los empleados son muy cercanos y la seguridad muy estricta para la zona. El restaurante sí que no me gustó, afortunadamente cogimos sin todo incluido y salimos en taxi a comer por la zona.”

“La habitacion estaba limpia, la playa privada tambien, muy agradable. El personal atiende rapido en las comidas. La comida estuvo bien, aunque no habian muchas opciones en el snack bar. Buen servicio, buenas habitaciones, un precio justo por lo ofrecido. Muy tranquilo y se puede descansar bien.”

“This was a perfect location on the beach, a tiny bit excluded, separate from the other hotels and resorts for privacy and from sellers on the beach but right on the beach and minutes from walking to all the other activity on the beach. Great to sit out on the peer for breakfast, lunch or dinner, 2 bars, one out on the peer to catch a breeze and watch boats going by, The staff was amazing, everyone down to security and groundsmen, really friendly, would go out of their way to accommodate your……

“We love staying here. We’ve been staying here for four years. We love the staff very friendly everybody’s outgoing. In fact this year we say two weeks. I can’t wait to see them. Add on their breakfast is excellent! If you need to ask a question or if you need anything, they’re on top of it all through the middle of it. They have more restaurants little stores thirsty through Sunday. They play music and karaoke the ocean’s right there you can’t get much nicer of a place than there. We truly love……

“This is my second time to this hotel. The first time was 7 years ago and it was very good. But this time it was very bad, no internet, no cell phone signal. Also, you could cook in the apartment before, but now there is nothing, the kitchen is just for decoration.”

“Una terrible experiencia, lugar inseguro nos robaron las toallas del alrededor de la piscina, lo reportamos para ver cámaras y no nos dieron solución, no obtuvimos ningún tipo de ayuda nos tocó pagarlas con un costo exageradamente alto, también se supone que contratamos un paquete todo incluido y en el área de comida tenían una estación solo para un grupo de españoles mejor comida y postres para ellos le preguntamos a la señorita que estaba en la barra la cual nos contestó esta comida es……

“Loved this resort! I was a single, female traveler and had never been to Roatan before. I made the right choice booking Naboo. It had a great location. It was quiet and safe. I appreciated being assigned an upper level room. That added to my feeling of safety. Staff was great, EXCELLENT communication when I had flight cancellation that changed my arrival times and dates.
