“Rooms were very clean, staff amazing helpful. I had a beach view waking every morning to it was beautiful. Shout outs to Jose, Jose a Luis and Alejandro they were very attentive and took care of you even from the beach area.”

“Let me say, the only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 is simply because we could feel the racism from the staff as Honduran-Americans over more “American” looking guests. It was very hurtful and did not make me feel comfortable as a guest in the hotel. Other than that, the place itself is beyond gorgeous and when my family and I were alone swimming we had lots of fun. The kayak staff was incredibly friendly though and an amazing person! I would recommend staying here but be aware that unless……

“La propiedad es bonita, y tiene unas piscinas bien mantenidas. Sin embargo, me molestó mucho que en nuestra segunda noche no nos dieron otra botella de agua pura, ya que el precio de las dos noches que pagué eran iguales y no es un hotel barato. Se lo pedí y me dijeron que no. El área de Playa estaba sucia.. no sé si volvería.”

“i enjoyed my stay! everyone was so nice especially front desk staff - the room had a few issues - bathroom door wouldn’t close, shower head issue + no robe or lotion - but i would stay again the food and bar was lovely as well.”

“This is my second time to this hotel. The first time was 7 years ago and it was very good. But this time it was very bad, no internet, no cell phone signal. Also, you could cook in the apartment before, but now there is nothing, the kitchen is just for decoration.”

“Location, Location, Location. Hotel is directly across the street from the West End Beach. The hotel supplies Loungers and towels, which is great. If there was one thing they could improve on, it's the Breakfast. After the first day, i brought it to the attention of the very nice server that it could have been better. I ordered the American Breakfast.....so they made it better by adding another egg and more potatoes for my second one. I don't eat bacon and that is why they added the extra……
