“The breakfast manager and staff was not accommodating to disable guests. She was telling the staff to close down on me in a wheelchair that they were closed even though I was attempting at 9:45am to grab my own items. They just spoke in Spanish and guess what? I speak it too because I am Latina. I understood every word. Be careful who you speak ill of, don’t judge a book by it’s cover. ”

“Staff was friendly but other than that the hotel was horrible The room smelled like dirty dog and had roaches After I saw all the roaches (6) I googled the hotel to look at the reviews and saw some people say they had roaches in Their room as well those reviews where a few months old so clearly they are aware and haven’t done anything about it I have video of the roaches ”

“We came for a gymnastics meet and enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, we had everything we needed and when we didn't the staff did not hesitate to provide. The food was also good (breakfast). Close to everything we needed. ”

“The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.”
