"Other than the terrible experience that we had from the Front Desk (Leo Wong), we really enjoyed our stay at Kerry Hotel. The lighting and aircon system of the room was great. Housekeeping, bell desk, parking, and room service staff all tried their best to provide exceptional service. The food from room service was very tasty. Also, special shoutout to the room service staff for always attending to our special requests of extra hot water. The hand-held shower had a squeaking sound so that needs to be fixed. "
