“Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. “It’s an awful experience to stay. The isolation fan in the toilet didn’t work. We asked the staff to fix but they said nothing could be done at the weekend. On Monday, still no one came to fix it. The walls were so thin that we could hear water running in the pipes and the sewage, even the air conditioner was making some sound of water dripping. There’re always flies in the room even you drove them out. They kept coming in. There must be a ‘fly door’ somewhere. One night at 5 am, the smoke……
