"It’s louder during the night because of the traffic. Only one shared bathroom makes it difficult to use when you are in the rush and it’s occupied. 10 minutes to the train station which takes you to the CBD on about 30 minutes. "

"Bed was comfortable and looked clean. We had a bunk above a queen bed which was unexpected as we didn't need the extra bed and easy to bump your head on if you're not really careful, but wasn't really an issue. Cleanliness was pretty poor. The bedside tables, corners of the room, and the kettle were very dusty and dirty, the mirror was dirty and the shower had hairs on the floor and mould in the corners. There was also no shower curtain so water went everywhere and the towel hooks being against the toilet wall isn't ideal. There was no bath mat but luckily had an extra towel. Also only one spoon for tea and coffee for two people. The aircon unit was really dirty and only seemed to have one setting working and was very loud but we had to keep it running all night as the room was so hot. Strange having the only sink and mirror on the opposite side of the room away from the bathroom in a tiny room but not a huge deal for a cheaper hotel. "

"The website is not clear on what you have signed up for. Questions asked prior to arrival went un answered. The shared bathroom situation is manic with guests lined up at the door to utilise. The location is awsome however if you can get past the scowling and unapproachable reception staff, the run down condition, the deplorable ammenities, cockroaches and deceiving room description then its great. "

"Exceeded my expectations! Excellent value for money. Lovely clean bedding and comfy bed. Great shower in a clean and tidy new bathroom. Good TV and excellent quiet a/c. He staff responded to my booking request for a quiet room and allocated me a corner room which had minimum road traffic noise - I had a great night sleep - Thank you. I'd certainly stay here again and recommend a booking."

"Wonderful staff. They let us check in early. Very helpful in telling us how to navigate around the area. Found our cell phone in the room after we checked out and ran to the parking garage to give it back to us. We will stay here again."
