“We knew this wasn’t typical all-inclusive hotel, but the meal service kept changing during our stay. First, breakfast was a buffet, then it switched to a menu. One day the service was perfect, the next day it wasn’t. We couldn’t use the beach because of the large amount of seaweed. The rooftop pool is for adults only. The kids couldn’t enjoy the view. Our vacation wasn’t bad, it was just good.”

“The locations and vibe is amazing. It’s a perfect spot to relax. The food is limited there are three restaurants on the property and a food truck but it felt like we had ample options and they’re very accommodating. Would totally recommend for a relaxing getaway. ”

“Had a great 10 day stay in one of the ground floor studios. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar had good food and reasonably priced drinks. Pool was lovely and refreshingly cool. My one and only negative is the hall noise carries into the rooms. We brought a sleep sound machine and just turned it up so wasn't an issue for us but may be for others. Been going to Isla M for over 30 years and really loved this hotel. Will stay here again.”
