「Comfortable bed. Smart TV. Service was outstanding from coffee in the morning at the restaurant and asking for extras from housekeeping. Every employee we encountered was friendly and greeted us with a smile. Check in was quick and we were escorted to the room. Highly recommend the ocean view which was just "WOW". AC worked well and we even had a ceiling fan. LOCATION is THE BEST for the price! I highly recommend this hotel.」

「My stay at Hotel Bali Isla Mujeres was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The place has a peaceful, tropical vibe, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the island.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated — you can tell they pay attention to every detail. The location is excellent too, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the main attractions.

「The room was spotless. the bed fresh and soft!!! THe staff amazing!!!! So attentive. If i ever got back it would just be for the staff the locals were very rude but the best past of my stay was just the hotel staff it really save my trip.
