“Getting wash clothes and hand towels was like pulling teeth called three days in a row and none were ever in our room. Got to the resort no towels in room. They brought bath towels that they didn’t replace the 8 days we were there. Also room service never replaces shampoo soap etc. I prefer to wash my body and shower on daily. This should be the normal. I shouldn’t have to even ask. ”

“Overall, a great hotel rooms are very small. Staff was a bit cranky understandable considering what they went through with the hurricane food was better than average not great. The beach is one of the best I’ve ever been on.”
