「Great property, very clean with ample amenities including off street parking and easy access to interstate. Our host was wonderful. The bittersweet experience is that there are multiple restaurants nearby which is a blessing and a curse. Great dining and cocktails within walking distance but unfortunately it was quite loud after 10 PM, mostly from loud muscle cars. Overall, still a great property and we would definitely stay here again. 」

「The Bax was perfect for our girls getaway. There were lots of little touches that were very appreciated. Lots of space throughout and the terrace was enjoyable for relaxation and a drink after being out all day. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. There’s not much I would change about this property. Would highly recommend!」

「All around solid stay. The property was spacious and fit our group of 8 nicely. Only having one bathroom was less than ideal but we made it work. The best aspect was the location and being in walking distance of so much great dining and retail.」

「Fantastic place for a family. There were plenty of beds, clean and no clutter making it the perfect place for my boys! I did not have to constantly worry about something getting hit or broken (if you have boys, then you know!). Great location within walking distance to many places such as Blackbeard espresso, Frazier museum and Louisville Slugger. 「Checking in the credit card they used didn’t work and I was asked to pay myself after I had already paid. I messaged through vrbo…which came up leavetown instead of vrbo…. But they called the front desk and it was straightened out. It was difficult to be put in that position at the end of a long drive. I would recommend contacting the property directly. It was a great stay with comfortable beds, outdoor pool, fridge, dishwasher, stove and kitchenette supplies. I would stay again.」

「The perfect location and stay for my family. 11 of us from 9 yrs old to 75 yrs old. Everyone said beds were comfortable. (The kids stated it with the bunk beds without being prompted); teenagers shared that room. House was comfortable and host was great. Easy in and out from check in to check out as well as just moving in/out during the visit. Absolutely will stay again if I have a large group. 」
