“Great place! Clean and right in the beach! Beautiful views!”

“Do not stay here. We went for a quick girl's trip and had to move rooms as soon as we got there. Elevator did not work properly and could not access the room safe because the closet door blocked the safe door. We complained and were moved to another room on the second floor. This room had a leak in the bathroom ceiling and the toilet clogged every time we flushed it. We notified the hotel staff and despite more than two attempts to fix these problems, they were unsuccessful. In addition the……

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“We love how family friendly the property is. We’ve gone five times and i feel like it gets better each time. It is alittle pricey but with the new restaurants we didn’t mind since the food was really good. The arcade is not great but other than that we love it!”

“Due to an overbooking issue on our first night, we were redirected to a nearby boutique hotel. I wasn't pleased initially, but I quickly found that the boutique hotel was significantly cleaner than the Moxy...in hindsight, we would have preferred to just stay there for our entire trip.
