"The staff was professional, welcoming, and friendly. The spa was fantastic with a great pool, the exercise facility was well equipped, and it was included in the price of the room. We enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet and happy hour in the bar and restaurant. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We had an extraordinary visit and look forward to our return. "Such a lovely boutique hotel-- with a charming green garden in the back, Michelin- recognized restaurant on site, a great bar with innovative cocktails, and a nice well-ventilated gym with equipment in good condition. Rooms are lovely-- I had a garden view and the ambience was very tranquil. Good shower, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and quiet. Happen to stay during Mother's Day U.K. and received an unexpected bouquet of flowers and complimentary glass of prosecco in the evening-- which was just lovely. And really must recommend the roast beef and Yorkshire pudding-- absolutely delicious and not heavy in any way. Hotel is easy to get to-- just steps away from Earl Court tube stop. Highly recommend and look forward to returning again soon."
