Not only is the location amazing, opposite Hampton Court Palace, on the River Thames, and close to Bushey Park, but the staff are fabulous. They go above and beyond. 「Nicely styled hotel and very convenient location. I stayed in a classic room which looked nice but had some impracticalities. The temperature can not be controlled from inside the room and was set too warm for me. The reception staff adjusted this for me, but it only seemed to stay at the requested temperature for a few hours before climbing up again. This meant I couldn’t sleep, so affected my stay. The only full-length mirror faces the bed and leaves about 10cm in which to stand so is...
