「Staff was friendly upon check in. They let me check in 20 minutes early, that was appreciated. It's pretty basic as hotels go, priced fairly. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. But my issue was the lack of hot water. Upon arrival I could only get lukewarm water out of the faucet; my shower this morning ran out of hot water about two minutes in. Not sure if it's a problem for the entire hotel or just the floor I was staying on, but I can't highly recommend a place if I can't have hot...

Pool water was Cold & outside pool area fore 2 days was not empty. & lost about 20 dollars in video games area machine don't work.... breakfast was great but all drinks were so watered down tasted Nasty ..」

「This property exceeded our expectations! It is so conveniently located to the heart of Traverse City, but just on the outskirts enough to be quiet and feel a little more private. The finishes and decor are beautiful! The space is fantastic and the five of us were very comfortable. We were able to make ourselves right at home and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.」

「There was no breakfast. None. My room was dirty. My room had a connecting door to another room that did not lock. They checked people into that room after 10pm. I was bitten by bedbugs all over my legs. 」

「The condo checked all our boxes: small beachfront walk, grocery store & nice restaurant nearby, parking convenient & bed was fabulous. My spouse wanted to say that grab bars in the shower should be installed & non-slip tub mat available. I also like instructions on how to make TV easier to operate. Thanks.」
