“This was a fantastic stay, except the hot tub broke the day we got there and they couldn’t get the part to fix it until the day we left. The hot tub was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. I was really disappointed. I also booked for the breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast but it wasn’t bad. The dinner was an added bonus. The first night we had pulled pork with slider buns, Mac n cheese, and nacho fixings. The second night meatballs w/gravy & mashed……

“Staff is always great. I overslept by a few hoirs and didn't checkout until almost 4 oclock! The staff was persistent but also very lenient and they understood. I have stayed over 10 nights at different times. Everystaff member has always been very respectful”

“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……
