"We had a truly wonderful experience. The Bosphorus view from our room was breathtaking and made our stay even more special. Having stayed at several Rixos hotels, The Ritz-Carlton in Aruba, and many other luxury properties, I can confidently say that the service here was truly exceptional. Every team member—from housekeeping and the culinary staff to the reception team—was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The Executive Lounge on the 17th floor was outstanding. Both the breakfast and happy hour were excellent. Upgrading for Executive Lounge access and the Bosphorus view was definitely worth the money. We would especially like to thank Mr. Cengiz on the 17th floor for his wonderful hospitality, although everyone we encountered throughout the hotel was fantastic. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. If we return to Istanbul, this will absolutely be the hotel we choose again. Highly recommended!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus and couldn’t have asked for a better 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring Istanbul. The breakfast was fantastic, with an excellent choice of fresh and delicious food — something for everyone. The pool area was also a real highlight and a great place to unwind. What really stood out was the high level of service throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming, making us feel very well looked after.
