「The condo, the staff, cleanliness, beach area all excellent. There could be more kitchen supplies such as more pots and pans, cookie/pizza sheets, smaller bowls, etc. We also found the small propane stove top challenging for cooking as controlling the heat was difficult. More comfortable chairs such as relaxing lounge chairs on the patio would be beneficial. Overall a nice condo and with the above improvements it would be a 10 out of 10. 」

「 Clean room. Requested early checkin and it was confirmed but the room wasn't ready. Not a big deal. We only had an hour to wait. Good food. Overall great experience. 」

「The room was clean, the ambiance of the hotel was great. We loved the bohemian chic decor and modern feel of this hotel which has probably been recently renovated/updated. It was a last minute booking and we were surprised at how nice it was, I wish we had time to enjoy the pool. The breakfast included was perfect. We would definitely stay here again」

「The rooms were clean, there was a little mold in the shower, which a little spray of bleach would solve in a few minutes. But the whole place was comfortable, super clean. The staff always super friendly, the grounds were an amazing. The food was great, the location was perfect. We will be back next year , all ready planning. 」

「Beautiful hotel room. Small but well arranged. Comfy bed and pillows with quality sheets. Even has a little balcony and patio to sit and sip coffee. Lovely restaurant and bakery next door for breakfast/dinner/yummy pizza & amazing baked goodies. Highly recommend! 」

「Resort needs some repairs to be 4*+ Good reception especially with Juan. Also toilets need to be more functional allowing use of toilet paper to be flushed putting it in waste basket isn’t sanitary. Mattress on pull out couch needs to be changed, also linen for the couch should be available in room. Shower isn’t functional to high and therefor sprays out of shower area. Chairs on balcony could be more comfortable.」

「Everything was amazing 」

「Kibayo made me remember the times I use to stay in my grandparents country side in the Dominican Republic, Ramona was the best service and the young lady after Ramona I forgot her name . But Kibayo is a place to relax and if you want to experience the quitenes and nature and fun activities Kibayo is it. The owner tia I i believe was his name and macho were very nice too very heart warming.」

「Everything here is amazing from the view/landscape to their customer service, food, cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, flexibility/customer accommodation, etc. My reservation was for 3 people but I wanted to have some family time with other family members, and they prepared a buffet for a total of 10 people... being able to have great family time and memories without any stress is amazing, and Yasper and his mom make this happen. 」

「The camper room wreaked of a horrible smell and fume which within 20 mins caused my girlfriend to constantly cough and gag then within an hour or two both of us had headaches and needed ventilation and outdoor air. They tried to accommodate us with another camper but by then we both felt extremely nauseated and refused to stay. On top of that I was told I couldn’t get a refund. 」
