“No service except one room. There is no drinking water in the room, no hair dryer, and the air conditioner is very loud. There is no official reception in the hotel, only a small window like a prison visitation for you to check in and check out. It feels very unsafe. When I went to a nearby restaurant to order food, the boss told me to be careful when I went out, it was not safe here. I will never go there again.”

We did a quick 3 day trip to Universal Studios Hollywood, and Warner Brothers. The Coast picked us up from the airport, shuttled us to Universal and Warner Brothers and back to the airport. The staff and drivers were amazing and absolutely on time. We had an amazing stay. ”
