For extra guests, the residence also includes a couch that can be converted to accommodate two more people temporarily, ensuring that no one misses out on the experience of this exquisite home.

We are in a Beach Community with an HOA - two weeks minimum lease, there is a $2000 refundable deposit to the Emerald Bay Community and a $200 refundable application fee to the HOA.
