We enjoy our stay. The house is set up as a beautiful rental with all the amenities needed.

This home would was ant infested and smelled horrible due to later finding out gas had been left on entire day and night prior by previous tenant. Outdoor pit does not work and is broken and not safe and infested and dirty. Soiled, underwear upstairs and dirty utensils and stove. Not worth risk certainly not worth price. And when you fight for refund, you deal with property management company “Vacasa” who issued a small credit for inconvenience only.

Perfect spot for a work/play weekend

We had 7 people in our group. We called the weekend a leader’s retreat. However, though we went on a couple of hikes, and into the town of Lake Arrowhead for fun twice, we were mainly gathering to work together to plan for our next year at our Bible Study. The accommodations were perfect for all our needs. Plenty of bedrooms for us all to spread out. We put the “rowdy” bunch that stayed up all night chatting in the lower level bunk room. The kitchen had everything we needed as we made and ate all our meals at the cabin. The kitchen table was spacious enough for all of us to eat together. We had “work” sessions in the living room, again, spacious enough to accommodate all of us. In addition, we had one session out in the back where 7 Adirondack chairs, equipped with comfy pillows, provided the perfect outdoor location to sit and discuss our plans. I highly recommend this location.
