"Comfortable and clean"

"Can’t beat the location….ever. But the furniture, cabinets, etc have seen better days. Time for some refinishing or new furniture. Felt like I walked into a condo where I rabid cat lives that scratched the sh#t out of everything. This are all individually owned apparently but the wear and tear needs to be tended to. Would be an easy fix for the price they are all charging especially during ski season. "

"Good location, very helpful and nice staff. Room was clean with a lot of towels, clean dishes and even salt and pеpрer. It was pretty hot in the room in the last floor. Had to turn off completely the fireplace and left all windows open for a night. We only stayed one night."

"Then grounds were nicely kept. The rooms were older but clean. The only issue was the water pressure in the shower - pressure everywhere else was good. Reported it and they said they would look into it."

"This was my first time staying at Tamarack Lodge, and I can honestly say it was my personal best experience ever staying in Mammoth. The staff was superb - the hospitality and kindness made my stay. Shout out to Donald and Dave for their thoughtfulness and truly creating a personalized experience for my party. The easy parking and wonderful lake views were the cherry on top! I look forward to staying at Tamarack again. "

"Great place to see the property. Definitely worth it. Bring some snacks. The dining gets filled very quickly so we were not able to have dinner in the restaurant. But would stay again!"

"Good service once we realized the convenience store was also the motel office. Although dated, it was extremely clean and comfortable."

"Love the convenience of the location at the base of the mountain. I used shuttle to go to town which was easy. Rooms couse use a refresh, but would stay there again."
