“Communication was fine. Upon arrival, unit was over 80 degrees. We adjusted to 60 as it was over 95 out. Owner changed it back using Google nest thermostat. First night was fine, second night we arrived , unit was back to over 80. Worse - roaches were in the unit. I have pictures of 4 and reported the incident to the owner and Expedia. We were forced to find a hotel room. Owner instructed us to move out the next day and he didn’t care. We moved out as per instructions one day earlier. The……

“Nice lake views and comfortable furniture. Stocked kitchen appliances and anything you might need to make meals. Property is on the second floor. Quiet location! Porch could use some sweeping and cleaning off of furniture, though, for the next renter. Great stay, don't hesitate!”
