「limited hotel services, much like basic business hotel, tooo bad that the lift to car park was not in service during my stay, I need to walked through stairs with my working stick (I have some problems with my legs)」

「Check in was easy & we were shown our room & where everything was. We were asked what we wanted for breakfast & what time. The breakfast was very good & prompt including toast & either tea or coffee. The location is very central & within walking distance & has a car park which made things easier. 「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」
