「Wonderful and relaxing area. Close enough to Boone to do stuff but far enough away to feel remote.The inside of the dome felt huge and the sound of the creek was such a calming backdrop to a very pleasant stay. Will definitely be staying here again.」

There were some important truths missing from the listing at the time. Hopefully it has since been updated so others will know what they are in for & can make a more informed choice. 「Close to Wilkesboro and about 40min from historic Boone and blowing rock. One outlet to charge your phone and electronics which is nice for an unplug getaway. It's a quiet location without traffic noise. Very pleased with the cleanliness. I was a little nervous about the porta potty situation but it was SUPER clean and I was thrilled about that. Everything was great, I would stay here again. 」

「We called ahead to ask what to bring they said it was one step above a tent, our cabin was lovely, slept four very clean had a space heater,refrigerator,ceiling fan .We brought sleeping bags and cooked on a open fire they do provide a grill and a fire pit.
