"This property is very nice considering its reasonable price. It’s not right in the middle of the downtown museums/attractions but we were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see with less than a 15-20 minute walk. There are some fun restaurants/bars within a 5 minute walk. We had great and timely communication with the property owner and we had no issues during the stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience downtown Philadelphia. Thanks!"

"We had a great stay in this apartment. There was easy, free street parking outside. The apartment was easy to get into and the host was quick to reply with any questions. We did have trouble with the code and she called me immediately to get it figured out and we got in right away. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated, and clean. "Nice property with an awesome rooftop area. We were a group of 5 and it was not suitable for us. My son did sleep on the couch but there were no extra blanket or pillows for him. Would not sleep a sixth person as listing indicates. Disappointingly not enough essentials for our 3 day stay - such as toilet paper. Getting in the property is tricky - multiple door knobs on two separate entrances - but felt secure once inside. Was great to walk to Temple University and overall safe location."

"The apartment was in a perfect location and provide indoor parking which was AWESOME!!! We were able to walk and drive effortlessly to everything we did while in Philly! My wife said we would rent again next year on our return trip. The owner was great/flexible to work with. "Overall our stay was very nice. Property was clean and pretty much updated. Only a few small details need to be addressed. Plenty of towels but only one hand towel in the bathroom and no wash cloths. No hand towels in the kitchen as well as no trash bags for the trash container. Nice washer and dryer but what appeared to be a container for laundry pods was empty. All in all, it was a nice stay. Just some little things that maybe need to be addressed by the cleaning crew."

The alley can be entertaining to say the least at times but otherwise the property, location, and amenities were excellent. "The weather was stormy, but our stay was very nice! All of the furniture was so modern and pretty. The house had wonderful character and all the tiny details really pulled everything together. "This second and third floor rental should be restricted to healthy young adults. Steep narrow steps can be hazardous for elderly or other visitors lacking excellent strength and balance. A very soft sagging bed on the third floor exacerbated my back trouble (sciatica), although the owner says that slats were out of position and have since been fixed. She also says that the second floor bed has a relatively new and expensive frame and mattress, so if only one bed is needed, the sagging third...

"Our stay was mostly good. The kitchen was stocked funny and it took us 4 days to find the cutting board that was stored under the kitchen sink. There also weren’t enough utensils for our family of 5. The beds were comfy and the couch in the living room became another bed.
