It has a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room furniture, entire condo is very clean, all the linens, towels, beach chairs and wagon provided take to the beach. Beds were also comfortable. The patio was wonderful to seat on all times of the day, with the local birds becoming our pets; Fred(great egret), Wilma ( small egret), Red Boots ( Ibis) and Floyd ( grey Heron). "Perfect!!! The only drawback was the 2 queen beds. If you share with someone you sank to the middle, but alone it was fine. That was our only issue, everything else was great. Lynn goes above and beyond as a hostess for her property. It is so great with all the extras she provides. Only hope it is available for our next trip."

"This two bedroom condo was perfect for our family needs. My two kids (preteen girl and teen boy) had their own space and my husband and I appreciated the king bed (my husband is tall, so a king is better than a queen). Everything we needed for the weekend was in the condo. The proximity to the beach, dinner options and even fishing on the pier were exactly what we were looking for. We have been to many gulf beaches and we liked how quite this was vs bigger public beaches."

"Lovely apartment, beautiful views, just across from the beach. A lovely welcome touch of a bottle of wine, nachos and salsa. A short walk to the shops and restaurants. Although we had no hot water during our 3 days stay ( cold showers are not too bad on a hot day) the owner tried to rectify it whilst we were there and gave us a refund for it. Would definitely come again and recommend"

"The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. "We had a lovely stay in the Specialty Sundeck Room, and we are already planning to return next year! The staff at the resort were so friendly, the room itself was perfect and comfortable, and the beach was beautiful. We rented a car, but honestly could have been fine without it since there were so many dining options so close by. Seriously could not have asked for a more perfect trip. Highly recommend! "
