林肯县的公寓式酒店

“Very nice efficiency condo right in the heart of Grafton. Very nice view, enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the deer visit right outside every morning and evening. Clean and comfortable.”

“The condo was perfect for the size party we had. It had a nice view of the beach area you could see from the deck area. The host Erin was one of the most organized hosts I have had the pleasure of working with. The condo was extremely clean and nothing was missed.”

“Very clean, spacious, lots of balcony space, quiet! Would stay again”

“We had a great time. The condo’s location is perfect and wonderful amenities. The kids loved the beach and fishing and just playing ball out in the backyard. Thank you so much. We had a wonderful weekend.”

“The location was excellent, with beautiful views overlooking the town and the river. Jeff was an outstanding host—very responsive, communicative, and easy to work with throughout our stay. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Our favorite part, however, was the back porch and balcony. It was the perfect place to relax, and each day we were treated to the sight of a family of deer spending time in the backyard. It made……

“Great little spot with a pretty view - Monica is very attentive and is a wonderful host.”

“The location was great and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I think our greatest hurdle was communication with the host which we realized was not a single person but many different people. As a result we were told conflicting policies regarding the water equipment - one person said there wasn’t any available for rent, another said there was a water pad, kayak and 2 life jackets we could use for free, a third said they require a 300 deposit, 150 of which would be refunded upon check out. We……

“Beautiful setting. Nice, cozy condo. Peaceful visit. Highly recommend.”

“My husband and I always enjoy visiting Innsbrook. We rented the studio condo over Fourth of July. Our son and his wife have a chalet. With all 11 family members we needed a little extra space. Plus, it’s a great location to watch the fireworks. The only downside was the TV was difficult to figure out.”

“Easy process with Innsbrook Mo”

“It’s a suite hotel - rooms were very spacious. It’s in a great location. Staff is welcoming and kind. It was exactly what we needed for a last minute trip to check on family.”

“The place was beautiful and decorated well. Our experience was great and i recommend this rental. Would be nice if they honored military discount as I am a veteran. ”

“We had a wonderful experience! Amenities at the resort were top notch!”

“Our host was responsive to our booking request. Property was in a great location and was well stocked with kitchen and bath items to use and the bed was comfortable. Property does have a common entrance then individual entrances to each unit. My only suggestion would be to add a couple more towels for pool use there was only three and we stayed 2 nights so shared a towel for pool use so we could each have a bath towel for showers.”

“Great, cozy spot in a perfect location”

“ Communication was awesome, check in was easy, and the setting is lovely. In fact, we want to go back sometime for a longer stay. Our only concern is that there are structural issues in this condo. One bathroom door is not able to shut all the way, and the other will not stay open. The kitchen and living room area appear to be sloping downward as you go out to the deck. I hope there’s something they can do to fix it because it really is a nice stay otherwise. ”

“This property was exactly as described and spotless! It was the perfect home away from home. It had everything we needed, and the view was even better than the photos. We enjoyed watching a group of deer walk right up to the lake! It’s clear the hosts take great pride in this property. Highly recommend!”
